Our quality department prides itself on high quality, esthetically clean product. Our department utilizes all types of tools to make sure the product is coming off the machinery in a consistent and controlled manner. We utilize tools like Six Sigma, Lean Processing, SPC, and other tools of the manufacturing trade.
We are accredited to AS9100 Rev C and ISO 9001:2008. Our registrar is Det Norske Veritas • GL (DNV•GL).
Our quality department is spread across two facilities. The quality department in our manufacturing building handles all statistical monitoring, FPI's, in-process and all machining inspection.
