MGI began operations in 1975 as a Veteran Owned Small Business making nameplates and sheet metal components.  As we continued to grow in an industry that was just beginning to utilize computers during the birth of the CNC era, we witnessed the undeniable advantages and began a methodical implementation of this rapidly developing technology.  Our prudent application of cutting edge manufacturing techniques has kept us head and shoulders above our peers in quality, delivery, and value.

The heart of our business is our machining, turning, and sheet metal fabrication departments.  Our ultra modern facilities utilize lights-out automated manufacturing and dimensionless manufacturing.  MGI is adept at long run - demand based manufacturing.  Our facilities company specializes in 24/7 production utilizing palletized robotic CNC manufacturing cells. Using customer provided 3D models (Solidworks, Pro/Engineer, Catia, etc.) or 2D prints, we manufacture components and inspect them using the model provided to drive our automated CMM’s to ensure consistent quality.
